Payment Information

Payment via SOFORT Überweisung

You can pay securely and conveniently via SOFORT Überweisung. If you have selected SOFORT Überweisung as your payment method, you will be redirected to a pre-filled transfer form. Verify the payee and the transfer amount, and select your bank by entering its bank code. In the next step, enter your usual online banking login credentials into a secure payment form. From there, the data will be forwarded to your bank. As usual, you will receive a one-time TAN from your bank, for example via your smartphone. Once you confirm the transfer by entering the TAN, you will receive a summary of all the details of the purchase transaction.

Payment in Advance

When paying in advance, your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment. When making the transfer, please be sure to include your order number in the “purpose of payment” field and to make separate transfers for each order. Depending on your bank, it may take between two and four business days for your payment to reach us. The items you ordered will remain reserved for you until we receive your payment (up to a maximum of 7 days).

Payment Reminder

Of course, we understand that things can easily slip your mind in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Therefore, if you’ve received a payment reminder from us, please check the following: 

1. When did you make the transfer to us?

Please allow us 5 business days to process your payment. You’ll then automatically receive an email from us confirming the payment.

2. Did you enter the payment reference correctly?

When making a bank transfer, please ensure that only the relevant order number is listed in the payment reference. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service and have the correct order number and the payment reference you used ready.

3. Did you combine multiple orders into a single transfer?

If you have settled the outstanding invoice amounts for multiple orders with a single bank transfer, it is quite possible that we were unable to assign the amounts to the individual orders. In this case, please contact our customer service and provide the relevant order number as well as the payment reference you used.

4. Did you forget to transfer the outstanding invoice amount?

Please transfer the amount as soon as possible to the following account, quoting your order number:

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping within Germany for orders totaling 49 Euro or more.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight.

Shipping Time

If you place your order by 2:00 p.m., it will be shipped the same day.

In Germany, you’ll typically receive your order within 3–5 business days, usually as early as the next business day. For international deliveries, please allow 7–9 days. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or holidays.

Delivery to a Packstation

Of course, you can also have your items delivered to a Packstation. To do this, during the ordering process, when entering your shipping address, check the box next to “Send order to a Packstation.” This will display the additional fields you need to fill out. 

If you don’t know your Packstation number, you can find it using the link to the Packstation Finder. You’ll also need your Post number (DHL customer number) and the ZIP code of your Packstation.

Shipping Partners

Shipments within Germany are handled by DHL and shipments outside Germany by UPS. Both DHL and UPS offer a tracking system on their websites.

You will receive the necessary tracking number from us or from the logistics service providers along with the shipping confirmation.
