The Dryferm Bag is an innovative drying bag designed for drying and curing herbs and flowers. It combines controlled moisture release with a closed system, enabling clean, space-saving, and efficient herb drying. Designed for maximum quality, preservation of active ingredients, and ease of use—no prior experience required.
Freshly harvested flowers are placed directly into the bag, excess air is squeezed out, and the bag is sealed airtight. The special material allows moisture to escape while preventing oxygen from entering. This creates a protected microclimate for even and controlled drying.
Don't worry! As long as the relative humidity (RH) stays below 60%, there won't be any major problems. Levels around 60% RH or higher can be critical, as they can lead to moisture buildup.

The drying process in the Dryferm Bag typically takes 7–12 days. The key factors are room temperature, relative humidity (ideally 50–55%), and the amount of material loaded. Once no further weight loss is measurable, the drying process is complete.
Mold requires free water, oxygen, and heat. In the Dryferm Bag, the water activity level drops significantly within the first few days, while oxygen from the outside is blocked. This greatly reduces the risk of mold—provided that the recommended room conditions are maintained.
The Dryferm Bag is primarily designed for single-use to ensure optimal drying results. While it can be reused, doing so may impair the membrane's function and thus affect the quality of the drying process.
