How to use the FERMBAG
Drying in the FERMBAG is child's play and can be done quickly. We'll show you exactly how to achieve optimal results, step by step.

1
Fill the bag with flowers
Fill the bag with freshly harvested, wet-trimmed cannabis flowers and make sure that they are evenly distributed. To ensure an optimal drying process, a maximum of about 50 g of flowers should be put into the bag so that all the flowers can lie loosely.

2
seal the bag
Close the FERMBAG securely using an impulse sealer, staples or twine. This will prevent pests or mold spores from entering the bag and the flowers will remain protected from external influences.

3
Store the bag in a dark, ventilated and temperate place
Place the FERMBAG in a dark room with a temperature of 18-21 °C so that air can circulate from all sides, for example in nets or on racks. Even air circulation around the bag prevents mold formation and ensures optimal drying.
Important: Store the bag in a dark place at a dry temperature of 18 to 21 °C and a relative humidity of about 60%. The bag should be well ventilated, optionally with high air circulation speed, without the need for air conditioning. Make sure that no light falls on the bag, as this can damage the flowers and reduce the active ingredient content.

4
Weigh the bag daily
Weigh the FERMBAG daily and note the weight. Continue this process until no more weight loss is visible. This process usually takes about 7 to 12 days. The flowers usually lose the most weight in the first few days, while the weight loss decreases over time.
Tip: If no weight loss is noticeable after more than three days, it can be helpful to harden the flowers in jars and let them ripen. To do this, take them out of the bag and pour them into jars.

5
Enjoy the result
Remove the dried flowers from the FERMBAG and use them as you wish - whether you want to enjoy them straight away or process them. You now have a finished harvest with a high active ingredient content. Congratulations!
Tip: You can process the flowers directly or let them ripen in jars to refine their aroma and active ingredient concentration.
