Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal lasts for 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dschinni GmbH, Albert-Einstein-Straße 2, 30926 Seelze, email: info@dryferm.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, though its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. This does not apply if the delivered goods were damaged or incorrectly delivered. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Returns and Refunds

  1. Please log in to your customer account.
  2. Select the order you would like to return.
  3. Click “Return” on the right.
  4. Now select the item(s) you would like to return.
  5. Indicate the reason for the return.
  6. Please write us a brief note regarding the return so that we can process your issue as quickly as possible.
  7. Confirm the return request by clicking “Create Return.”
  8. Your return is now being processed; we will review it and, if necessary, send you a return label.
  9. The return must be packaged in accordance with DHL guidelines and sent to the following address:

  10. Returns for personal reasons (e.g., you don’t like the item, it doesn’t fit) are at your own expense. We will only cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrectly delivered items.

Return Policy

You may return unused items to us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Please make sure to return the items to us unused, as they are hygiene products. This will save both you and us time and hassle in the event of a return.

Complaints

To process this as quickly and easily as possible, please send us an email (info@dryferm.de) with photos and a brief description of how the defect or damage occurred.

Refund Payment Methods

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund. The refund process varies depending on the payment method and will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Prepayment:The refund will be credited to the bank account from which you made the transfer to us.

PayPal:The credit will be issued to the PayPal account you used. You can choose whether the amount is deposited into your PayPal account or transferred back to your bank account directly through PayPal.

SOFORT Überweisung: If you paid via SOFORT Überweisung, we will need the recipient’s account details to process the refund.

Credit Card:The refund will be credited to the credit card you used to make your payment to us.

Klarna: The refund will be credited to the Klarna account you used.
